Evaluation

For this unit, make up in motion that i have learned a lot new skills for creating a Gothic horror look.

although my whole outcomes, it went quite success.but through the design progress i do stuck sometime.

for example when i try to creating miss Havisham make up, because she is a old lady, i was tried a lots times to get her skin tone right and the winkle on her face and shading, the final look wasn't that bad, if i recreate her make again i will created more detail  on her face, like the eye make up, also i have to create a wig for my character, because my model she got short hair, cant do nothing much on her hair, so i designed a wig, i thought it gone be hard for me to create a wig, but when i coming cross to create the wig, it went quite well, is a challenge for me, am quite impress, i think my Estella went really good, the out come am really happy with it.when i coming cross design Claudia and Quentin , i really enjoyed,and the outcome looks quite well, but i will do more research and pick up more idea of Gothic elements  if i create those two characters again.

for Quentin's hair style, i simply create side parted, a similar horsing shape.

Design of Quentin

first look of Quentin, from all my research of Quentin, he is a weak man, so i want his look more depressing, and dark, so i designed bold black eyebrows, and black eye liner, grey smokey eyes, and natural lips, contorting.

here is the trail of my design 

my second look as i will use for my final look.from the first look, i think the feature is not strong enough, i used more stronger eye shadow, grey eye shadow as the base, black eye shadow to create the cat eye look, very strong contorting, light brown lips,pale skin..

Claudia final look

for her hair,  i think just let it her down, just back comb the front section, and clip in the hair decoration,to give the secret,sexy,and creep look

Design of Claudia

my first design i created a simple Gothic look,smokey eyes, bold eyeliner, and bold lips. create a sexiness look.

second design

for my second look. consider that first look is not creep enough,because Claudia is very strong Gothic character,  so i designed a bold eye look, black eyebrows, and black eyeliner under her eyes, and the green part eye shadow, most of the horror film are used green colour in the screen. so i think the green will suit her look, and bold dark red lips,and strong contouring.

i will use this design for my final look 

inspiration of Quentin

he is victim of Claudia, he is weak under the power of dominant Claudia,i will create Quentin to look weak and pale,mysterious,smokey eyes, dark eyebrows, with heave contouring.

inspiration of caludia

i have developed enough information to create my character Claudia,she is a strong and dominant woman,she is cool she is loving towards Quentin,she has the traits a psychopath.for my design i would like to follow the dark eyes, the bold eye liner, pale skin.
